The land development code rewrite takes into account the many diverse neighborhoods throughout the city, each with their own unique qualities and future needs. We have identified some on the map below that will require their own specific analysis.
Visioning Charrette
The first visioning charrette open house was held Thursday August 22nd, 2024 at the Cultural Community Center, 410 SE 3rd Street
Hallandale Beach, FL 33009.
Community members and leaders provided valuable input and shared stories about the city's history, different neighborhoods, what they'd like to see improved in the city, and issues important to residents and businesses alike.
